My Fellow Man Alliance's mission is ultimately to restore independence and structure to the lives of homeless individuals and those who may become homeless without intervention.

With your help the agency was able to come one step closer in this process thanks to the success of the agency's first ever fund and awareness raising event!

The Houston Homeless RunSM brought out more than 300 participants and over 50 dedicated volunteers, collecting a very generous total donation of roughly $6,000.00.

All the proceeds will go toward strengthening and expanding MFMA's Bed Lease program.

My Fellow Man Alliance along with our community partners attempt to offer a hand up not a hand out.

We ask that you join us again in lending a hand on November 29, 2009 for the 2nd annual Houston Homeless RunSM  

REMEMBER: Everyone can make a difference in the fight to reduce and end homelessness in our community.

Awards:Houston Homeless Run runners

10K First Male and Female 10K winners(in each category), win a Gold Medal.

Second and Third place Male and Female 10K placers (in each age category), receive Silver and Bronze Medals.  

Age group categories include (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 plus).

Runners must wear a chip to be timed and eligible to receive a 10K award.

All participants will receive a t-shirt and participation medals!
