MY FELLOW MAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
Growing The Community
My Fellow Man is a charitable organization In Atlanta, Georgia. The mission is to help those
who are less fortunate, benefit the physical community through upkeep and beautification
projects and support the children, schools and families, primarily in the Martin Luther King, Jr.
Drive, Joseph E, Boone Blvd. and Hollowell Drive area.
To promote entrepreneurship, My Fellow Man is pleased to introduce the Entrepreneurship
Program. Our goal is to provide entrepreneurship training, opportunities, resources and
financing to middle and high school students with viable business ideas and those with creative
inventions. Our speakers and business consultants will host an entrepreneurship panel
discussion at the school, provide information on creating a basic business plan, ideas on getting
their product or service to market, guidance on patenting, trademarking and protecting their
ideas, and host a pitch competition where a winner will receive up to $1,500 to start a business
or support a business they are already operating. My Fellow Man has teamed up with a core
group of Atlanta entrepreneurs, business owners, inventors, creators, bankers and accountants
to provide the entrepreneurship program. Our partners include SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo,
Chick fil A, McDonald’s, local restaurateurs, barber shop, convenience store and travel agency
owners and several other successful business owners throughout the city of Atlanta. We
believe some of the best and brightest minds in our community are in our schools and we want
to encourage young entrepreneurs to excel in their various business ventures and product
This program starts the 2019-2020 school year.
